Four weeks of fun and learning for kids ages 6-16!

Your child can follow their dream of performing on stage this summer at the Colony Theatre Performance Camp! Lead by our highly trained and experienced instructors, participants will gain valuable theatre skills and the confidence needed to perform in front of an audience! The camp will conclude with a Final Showcase, with a special focus on dance, live on the historic Colony Theatre Stage!

The Colony Theatre Summer Performance Camp will run for four complete weeks beginning on July 13th and going through August 7th of 2015 and of course takes place at the historical Colony Theatre itself. The program is geared towards children ages 6 through 16 and all levels are welcomed. The cost of the camp is $1,200 and includes all four weeks of sessions, activity fees, registration fees, in-house activities, a daily snack, and two tickets to the camp’s Finale Performance. Discounts are available for City of Miami Beach/Convention Center Employees and all active and veteran Armed Services members.

Participants will learn the basic skills of acting, dancing, singing, public presentation, scenic design, art, and costuming.
